About the Hebrew keyboard
The Hebrew alphabet has 22 main letters and is written from right to left. Use the on-screen keys when a public, school or work computer does not have a Hebrew layout. The text area keeps the writing direction correct, and the finished text can be copied into email, documents, search boxes or messaging apps.
Final letter forms
Five letters have a different form at the end of a word: ך, ם, ן, ף and ץ. The keyboard includes both normal and final forms, but it does not choose them automatically. Use כ/ך, מ/ם, נ/ן, פ/ף and צ/ץ according to the letter’s position.
Mixed-text direction
Numbers, punctuation and Latin words can make mixed-direction text look surprising because browsers apply the Unicode bidirectional algorithm. If punctuation appears on the unexpected side, paste the result into its destination and confirm the paragraph direction is set to right-to-left.
Privacy
Typing and copying happen locally in your browser. ToolBlur does not need an account and does not upload the text. Avoid entering passwords, private identifiers or confidential messages on a shared device, because browser and clipboard history are controlled by that device.
Frequently asked questions
Does the keyboard add vowel points (niqqud)?
This layout focuses on the standard letters and final forms. It does not currently provide a complete niqqud system.
Why are some Hebrew letters listed twice?
Five letters have a special final form used only at the end of a word.
Can I type Hebrew and English together?
Yes, but mixed right-to-left and left-to-right text should be checked after pasting into the destination.
Is my text stored?
No. The keyboard works in your browser and does not send the text to ToolBlur.
